Procurement Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
- 1. To review, compare, analyze and approve products & services to be purchased
- 2. Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies
- 3. Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- 4. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
- 5. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- 6. Build long-term relationships with vendors / suppliers in the industry
- 7. Maintain and update a list of vendors/suppliers and their delivery times, product ranges and potential future development
- 8. Review vendor performance to suggest recommendations
- 9. Research and evaluate prospective suppliers
- 10. Keep up-to-date about changing industry trends
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
- 2-3 years’ relevant work experience

NOC Engineer
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. First level support to Internal / External customers for all service-related issues;
- 2. Log all help desk activity into Service Desk Management System;
- 3. Escalate Service Desk issues to appropriate Supervisor/Manager when necessary;
- 4. Detailed tracking of each customer's service needs ticketing system;
- 5. Respond to client requests, notifications, and out of service events generated by monitoring tools;
- 6. Respond in a timely manner to incoming customer calls / emails with professionalism;
- 7. Follow-up with customers to ensure all issues/needs have been resolved/met;
- 8. Proactive monitoring and timely issue resolution of production systems;
- 9. Proper escalation of issues to management and vendors according to established guidelines and policies;
- 10. Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
- 11. Troubleshoot including pulling logs, analyzing logs, simulating customer’s environment to duplicate problems.
- 12. Recognize and escalate more difficult problems to Tier II support;
- 13. Primary point of contact of third-party service providers who will be contacted for interconnections, issues, outages, and troubleshooting;
- 14. Occasional visits to POP / Client End;
- 15. Hardware configuration and validation of network related devices such as xDSL modems, network interface devices, Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, firewalls, routers, microwave radios, voice, VoIP, SIP, PRI, hosted voice, and analog voice services.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5-7 years’ relevant work experience
- Preferably a CCNA/CCNP certified candidate
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- 1. Knowledge of TCP/IP, Layer2 and Layer3 devices and general network theory;
- 2. Understating of Routing & Switching protocols, complex transport system hardware and software architectures;
- 3. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (e.g. windows server 2012 R2 & 2016, windows 10, VM ware environment);
- 4. Excellent understanding of technologies, operating systems, networking, anti-virus, back-ups, systems and firewalls;
- 5. Can troubleshoot and design complex router configurations; specifically, Juniper, Cisco, Maipu and Mikrotik configurations;
- 6. Hands on experience of Quality of Service in a Voice Over IP environment and VOIP protocols such as SIP, RTP/SRTP including TLS;
- 7. Skilled with Network Management tools (Monitoring, flow analysis, graphing);
- 8. Experience as a Windows and Linux systems administrator, technical support or similar, of which shall have involved the support and provisioning of Cloud workloads, preferably in Azure / Amazon / Google Cloud;
- 9. Excellent knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS/LDP, DNS DHCP, VPN & NAT.
